What a great week we have had! As our 5th annual customer conference wraps up, The Blue Mountain Summit has turned out to be a time of education, networking and excitement.
To kick off the week, we welcomed attendees to our Blue Mountain Open House to partake in a night of refreshments and conversation. We designed our new office to cultivate teamwork and innovation – ultimately to create value for our customers. So, it was important to us to share this space with customers.
Summit presentations began Monday morning. With a variety of both returning and first time attendees, it was impossible to not feel the energy that filled the room. This year’s theme, “Operational Excellence,” was made up of four main sessions:
- Enterprise Asset Management
- Compliance and Validation
- Going Paperless
- Data, Performance and Reporting
We welcomed customer speakers from United Therapeutics, Seattle Genetics, Cepheid and Cook MyoSite to share their expertise with Blue Mountain RAM and industry experiences. Workshops led by Blue Mountain experts, as well as discussion panels made up of both customers and Blue Mountain employees, were at the core of the conference. Networking also accompanied each day – from sharing personal experiences in the conference room to building relationships at the hotel restaurant.
The Summit’s Intermediate Blue Mountain RAM Training began Wednesday afternoon. We were excited to see the additional training sell out! Blue Mountain experts led the training, covering topics such as Query Engine and Query Use, User Rights and Groups and Rules Engine.
From the networking to the engagement we saw this week, we could not have asked for a better turnout of both The Summit and the additional training! We are already looking forward to The 2017 Blue Mountain Summit, which will take place from October 2-5th in State College, PA!
