Our software maintenance releases are planned and conducted to our Software Quality Assurance program, assuring that they are fully documented, tested and ready for use. We understand operating in a GMP environment and the importance of controlled software maintenance. Each year our Software Quality Assurance program is audited onsite by many of our customers and we look to continuous improvement to further refine it.
