Customer Support Specialist will be an important part of our Professional Services team by becoming an expert on our software and providing excellent customer support on our innovative and state-of-the-art software at our State College location.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Forward-facing to customers to provide excellent customer service.
- Learn and understand the functionality of our software to help resolve customers’ technical issues.
- Provide support through telephone, email, web conferencing and other methods.
- Assist in software testing.
- Available for on-call 24 hour emergency support.
Required Qualifications:
- Possess good interpersonal relationship abilities to foster customer relationships and provide positive customer interactions.
- Some experience with providing support to end users on a variety of issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
- A professional demeanor, excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with Windows OS and Applications as well as MS SQL Server 2005/2008
- The ability to multi-task and to be adaptable to the customer and project needs.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the following: Microsoft Server OS, MS SQL Server 2008, SQL Reporting Services, IIS, Software Testing, Networking, ASP.
