James EricksonFounder, President and CEO
Jim Erickson founded Blue Mountain Quality Resources in 1989 after working in the medical device engineering and manufacturing industry. A bioengineer by education and experience, Jim used his talent, entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork to create an industry-standard product that has garnered a worldwide following. Jim’s goal is to continue to develop innovative products and services that produce value for his customers. An active community leader, Jim is also a private pilot. He enjoys bicycling and traveling with his wife and two children.
Randolph ParodaDirector of Product Development (since 1998)
Randy’s role at Blue Mountain involves leading the software development team as they generate leading-edge applications for their customers. A former systems engineer and software developer with an advanced degree in engineering, Randy is also head of the Blue Mountain product advisory board. He values collaboration and personal growth among his team, and he educates his colleagues on the technical aspects of Blue Mountain products. A board member for his hometown’s Little League, Randy enjoys fly fishing, hunting and traveling in his spare time.
Lisa BowmanDirector of Office Management
A certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), Lisa is responsible for human resources, office space management, and accounts payable and receivable. She also coordinates Blue Mountain’s community volunteer activities, which include helping organizations such as Special Olympics, the United Way, and the YMCA. Lisa has improved the retention of the company’s highly skilled employees and created a mechanism for recruiting and training for professional service positions. She spends her spare time mountain biking, hiking and gardening.
Keith KyleRegional Sales Manager
Keith is a leading expert in the capabilities of Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (RAM) for internal and external Blue Mountain customers. He has worked in the Software Development field for over 14 years and has been with Blue Mountain since 2003. His primary focus has been in the research, development and testing capacities for the Blue Mountain RAM product. During 2011, Keith transitioned into the Sales group and actively applies his skills and knowledge to connect customers with Blue Mountain's products and services. Keith has been visible with the company over the years as a presenter at various Blue Mountain events including webinars, product shows and workshops. Recently, Keith was a presenter in Boston at the Blue Mountain Life Sciences' EAM Workshop, an event designed for Life Sciences and GMP professionals exploring Enterprise Asset Management solutions.
Marcus McNeelyBusiness Process Analyst II
Marcus McNeely has been in the field of Biotech and Pharmaceutical metrology and validation for over 14 years. As Project Manager at Blue Mountain Quality Resources, Marcus consults with biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies on best practices in every step of establishing, managing and maintaining a calibration program. Marcus is the chairman of the Healthcare Metrology Sub-committee of NCSL.
Diana AndersonTechnical Writer / Trainer
A decade long member of the Blue Mountain team, Diana plays many roles. She's our Lead Instructor for hands-on User Training. She writes our technical documentation and plays a key role on our Support Team. Bottom line, she's a true expert in the nuts and bolts of using our software. To that end,she'll provide a steady stream of tips and techniques to help you get the most from your RAM investment.
Maria BleshMarketing Project Manager
Maria has been a part of the Blue Mountain team since 1998. In that time, she's played a key role in many product releases as well as the launch of two industry websites. She makes sure all our marketing and PR communications are on target. She coordinates much of what you see on the web and in print. She will be blogging about industry trends and major events.
Erin WestonMarketing Coordinator
Erin has been with Blue Mountain for over 13 years and serves as our Marketing Coordinator. She makes sure all our outbound communications, webinars, and marketing efforts go smoothly. In addition, she keeps a close eye on the Clear Blue Blog and FocusOnGMP.com. She will be blogging about industry events, trends, and the inner workings of Blue Mountain.
