Calibration Manager Frequently Asked Questions - LE


NOTE: Some of the Frequently Asked Questions for Version 3.x also apply to Calibration Manager LE. This section only discusses issues that are unique to the LE version.

Q. When I try to print a report, I get an "ODBC error" saying that I "do not have necessary permissions" on the file LE30.cal. This is followed by a PEStart 534 error. What do I do?
A. Run the Database Integrity operation, as described in Chapter 8 of the User’s Manual. This should fix the error.


Q. I’ve reached the maximum number of records allowed by Calibration Manager LE. Now what?
A. You can upgrade to the full version of Calibration Manager, which does not limit the number of records you can enter. Contact our Sales Department for more information.


Q. I’m thinking of upgrading from LE to the full version of Calibration Manager. What will happen to my old data?
A. When you upgrade from LE to the full version, our technicians will upgrade your current LE dat
abase to version 3.0 database. You should contact Tech Support to schedule the upgrade. The turn-around time for this data upgrade is less than 48 hours, and there is no additional charge for this service.
