Manager Frequently Asked Questions - LE
NOTE:
Some of the Frequently Asked Questions for Version 3.x
also apply to Calibration Manager LE. This section only
discusses issues that are unique to the LE version.
Q.
When I try to print a report, I get an "ODBC error"
saying that I "do not have necessary permissions" on
the file LE30.cal. This is followed by a PEStart 534
error. What do I do?
A. Run the Database Integrity operation, as described
in Chapter 8 of the User’s Manual. This should fix the
error.
Q.
I’ve reached the maximum number of records allowed by
Calibration Manager LE. Now what?
A. You can upgrade to the full version of Calibration
Manager, which does not limit the number of records
you can enter. Contact our Sales Department for more
information.
Q.
I’m thinking of upgrading from LE to the full version
of Calibration Manager. What will happen to my old data?
A. When you upgrade from LE to the full version,
our technicians will upgrade your current LE database
to version 3.0 database. You should contact Tech Support
to schedule the upgrade. The turn-around time for this
data upgrade is less than 48 hours, and there is no
additional charge for this service.
