To run your business, you rely on a broad range of different applications. Each of these applications requires its own database and handles data uniquely and therefore usually requires some data to be entered multiple times. To avoid this duplication of effort, many organizations have wished that the applications could share information back and forth automatically.

The nature and direction of the data transfer determines the level of integration with other software. Some integrations require our API (Application Programming Interface), for regular sharing of information between applications such as passing calibration schedules, due dates, and work orders to and from a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Simpler solutions are also available that do not require an API, such as automatically sending pass/fail and due date information to a Laboratory Instrument Management System (LIMS).
