System
Integration
To
run your business, you rely on a broad range of different
applications. Each of these applications requires its
own database and handles data uniquely and therefore
usually requires some data to be entered multiple times.
To avoid this duplication of effort, many organizations
have wished that the applications could share information
back and forth automatically.
Blue
Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager
Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager’s advanced
service oriented architecture makes possible an easier
and less costly integration with other enterprise systems,
including ERP and document management systems. By separating
activity performed by the application into discrete
services the system can accept information and instructions
from other applications or share information with other
applications without cumbersome and intrusive interaction
directly with the database fields. The productivity and
compliance gains from that automation have a significant
impact on a company’s bottom line.
The
nature and direction of the data transfer determines
the level of integration with other software. Some integrations
require our API (Application Programming Interface),
for regular sharing of information between applications
such as passing calibration schedules, due dates, and
work orders to and from a Computerized Maintenance Management
System (CMMS). Simpler solutions are also available
that do not require an API, such as automatically sending
pass/fail and due date information to a Laboratory Instrument
Management System (LIMS).
During
a System Integration project, Blue Mountain Quality
Resources typically works with your IT group and/or
3rd party integration firm to fulfill your exact requirements,
including integration of CFR 21 Part 11 compliant systems.
