Calibration
Manager Satellite

Calibration
Manager’s Satellite module is the perfect way
to collect data in the field without carrying a pen
and paper. It is the ideal solution for field calibration
where a local network computer is not available, including:
in cleanrooms, at individual labs, service companies
traveling on-site, and for large production equipment.
In
a few simple steps, your facility can operate a paperless
system, thus improving productivity and ensuring compliance.
To operate the Satellite Module, users can "check-out"
equipment records to a laptop computer, where calibration
and maintenance data can be entered while off-site or
in the field. Once the information is recorded, the
new data is "checked-in" from the laptop to
the Calibration Manager master dataset, where it is
synchronized with existing data to produce one current
comprehensive database.
The System Administrator has ultimate control when configuring
the user options for Satellite. The multi-tiered security
can be tailored specifically to an organization’s
needs. The Administrator can decide who has rights to
check-in/check-out records, and more. Another option
of Satellite is the ability to check-out read-only records
of equipment Standards.
The Satellite Module also gives the user the capability
to electronically sign records in the field, meeting
the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11. All information
is recorded in the Audit Trail. Data always remains
secure and users are able to manage compliance.
