Manager Productivity

Calibration
Manager reduces the time spent tracking and analyzing
calibration data, while minimizing the required effort.
This contributes to increased productivity and faster
time to market for those companies wanting to operate
as a lean manufacturing organization.
Users
can navigate the data by equipment, pending event, or
event history.
- Equipment
Master provides
asset management information for each piece of equipment,
such as serial number, department, manufacturer, due
dates, and event scheduling.
-
Events allow users to manage any
type of scheduled or unscheduled event, including
calibration, maintenance, and validation events, tracking
those events for each piece of equipment.
-
Event History
allows users to track calibration results –
including measurement data and pass / fail status,
action and approval persons and other custom information
as required by an organization. An equipment’s
history records store key information needed to document
compliance.
Calibration Manager has these additional features to
enhance productivity and improve work flow:
-
Select and sort filters the records
or data quickly using any combination of fields. The
queried results can be printed, exported to MS Excel
or comma-delimited file, emailed or saved to a file.
-
Auto Reminder provides a daily alert of scheduled
events past due, due, today, or coming due.
- Multiple
Equipment or History Records can be opened
at once, ideal for calibrations of instruments (i.e.
thermometers) that use a common standard requiring
incremental adjustments.
- Loop
Hierarchy makes the management of loop calibrations
easier. Information on the calibrations performed
on the loop are available in the parent loop record
and in each of the loop element records.
- Batch
scheduling of technicians is easy, simply
highlighting the events that need to be scheduled
and choosing who to assign to those tasks.
- One-step
Reverse Traceability through
the shortcut menu in table view makes discovery quick.
Highlight the standard, right-click to bring up the
shortcut menu, and then choose the date range. The
equipment calibration with that standard during the
timeframe comes up instantly in table or report views.
- Work
Flow Management lets users design task lists,
track the progress, and assign responsibility for
a piece of equipment.
-
OLE link allows users to link external
documentation to a specific piece of equipment for
quick access.
