including custom fields, unique industry terminology,
and even different languages for different sites. Users

and choose exactly what information you want to collect
and track. You can collect one set of information for
calibration events and another set of information for
validation events. Administrators can even create a

with Windows NT security.
Each
user can also customize their individual workspace.
For example, calibration technicians can set up their
workspace to show at startup all equipment that needs
to be calibrated that day or week. The Quality Manager
can set up their workspace to start up showing the equipment
that failed calibration.
Additional
workspace customization includes choosing which fields
are displayed in table view and personal Select and
Sorts that are customized for each individual. Users
can also choose which toolbars and buttons are visible
to offer immediate access to frequently used tools while
keeping unused buttons from cluttering the screen.
