Full-Time Software Support Specialist

Blue Mountain Quality Resources, Inc.’s Professional Services Department is seeking a full-time, salaried Support Specialist to support our innovative and state-of-the-art software at our State College location.
This is an entry-level position that may involve any or all of the following duties: telephone support, software testing, on-call 24 hour emergency support, on-site software installation, on-site software validation, and/or customer training. Occasional travel will be required. Shift hours may vary between: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Windows OS and Applications as well as MS SQL Server 2000.
- Some experience with providing support to end users on a variety of issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
- A professional demeanor, excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to multi-task and to be adaptable to the customer and project needs.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the following: MS Access 97, Oracle 9i, IIS 5.0, Software Testing, Networking, ASP, COM+.

Part-Time Software HelpDesk Specialist

Blue Mountain Quality Resources, Inc.’s Professional Services Department is seeking a part-time, HelpDesk Specialist to support our innovative and state-of-the-art software at our State College location.
This is an excellent opportunity for current students to build their resumes. This is an entry-level position that will involve telephone support and software testing.
Availability from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday preferred. Work schedule may be planned around class schedule; approximately 20 hours per week.
