Let's Talk!

September 10, 2009

Like many of you entering your planning and budgeting period for 2010, I too am looking into the future, developing my list of topics and interests that will be important in the coming year and to plan out my priorities.

We offer some valuable resources for your planning and budgeting effort. For starters, we have some compelling new content on the website that provides a long list of ways Blue Mountain software, properly implemented, can have a profound impact on your bottom line. You can see that content at www.coolblue.com/Justify.

To relate Blue Mountain software and services directly to your needs and aspirations however, there is no substitute for a conversation with your Enterprise Sales Manager. Despite the "Sales" in their title, they're not going to try to sell you or trick you into something that isn't right for you. Instead they'll enable and empower you with ideas and insight so you can make the right decision and help you "sell" that decision within your organization.

But I would like to hear from you too, to help me with my effort. Let's talk maintenance. Let's talk calibration. Let's talk validation. Let's talk asset management!

Whether you're currently a Blue Mountain customer or not, if you can spare 15 - 30 minutes sometime I'd like to pick your brain on what's working for you now and where you think there is room for improvement. Here are some sample topics that might spark something:

  • When is just reminding when calibration are due enough and when does even Blue Mountain's best-in-class calibration management come up short of metrology needs?
  • What does a maintenance professional in the life sciences really need to be efficient and make a true impact on a company's success and what is just window dressing and pie-in-the-sky wishful thinking?
  • How is your validation philosophy and approach changing in light of changes in the industry?
  • What does harmonization of asset management mean for productivity and quality? What are the tradeoffs required to make it happen?

Send me an email at Marketing@coolblue.com and we'll find a time to chat.

Both your Enterprise Sales Manager and myself hope to hear form you soon.
