Setting goals for summer
June 23, 2008
Summer time can mean different things to different organizations. For many it is a slower time, accommodating a higher volume of vacations and days off. At other organizations it can get hectic, trying to maintain the same levels despite vacations. In both cases, it's important to set reasonable goals for yourself or the time will get away from you and you'll be facing the pressures of fall without any preparation.
In the fall, you'll be rushing to complete required projects by the end of the year and building budgets for 2009. In both cases, summer could be a valuable time to get up-to-date on the latest solutions.
Throughout summer, Blue Mountain continues its series of webinars. Tomorrow (Tuesday) a new webinar aims to provide the insight necessary to justify moving toward a single solution for calibration, maintenance and validation. If your needs or interests are confined to calibration or maintenance alone, check out our webinars in July to help you justify going best-in-class in either discipline. You can find a list of upcoming webinars below or visit www.coolblue.com/Assets/Calendar.asp for all upcoming events.
Of course your Sales Manager is also available to answer any questions you may have about our products and help put together some pricing expectations to help you through your budgeting process. And I'm always interested in hearing what obstacles you may be encountering in justifying either to others or even to yourself taking your asset management (calibration, maintenance and/or validation) up to the next level. I can be reached simply at Marketing@coolblue.com.
I hope to see you at one of our events.
