Dramatic new functionality in upcoming release of
Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager®

April 24, 2008

Blue Mountain is proud to announce our upcoming new release of Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager. With expanded functionality for calibration and maintenance, the software strengthens its position as a standalone CCMS or CMMS. However dramatic new functional areas in the software mean that the software's greatest value is still (or even more so) as a comprehensive asset management system, particularly for regulated industries.

The new release includes expanded "where used" functionality designed to significantly enhance a company's ability to perform an impact assessment. Users can pull up in a single window where an asset was used during a specified timeframe in production of specific lots or tests, where it was used on work associated with other assets (including Standard reverse traceability), what work was performed on that asset and any log book entries for that asset.

Did you catch that? "...log book entries for that asset." Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager now allows users to replace their paper log books with an electronic version in the same system where they are storing all other details and activities for an asset. Review of log book entries are then naturally performed and documented within Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager as well.

We've got a webinar coming up next Tuesday to discuss these new features that would be worth registering for, if you can make it.

On the topic of webinars, next Wednesday we've got another great webinar presented by one of our project managers on what you need to know about implementing enterprise software at a life science company.

And we end the week of webinars on Thursday with a webinar about integrating our software with SAP. If you missed it in the last newsletter, Blue Mountain recently announced that our calibration management solution has earned "Powered by NetWeaver®" status. Thursday's webinar will naturally discuss this certified solution.

I hope to see you at one of our events next week.
